Nursing bras. come in many different styles and for all lifestyles. You can chose one that will give you the added support that you need while jogging to a meeting a work. You can still feel like the sexy person you were before the baby, only now you are the sexy momma.



Finding the correct nursing bra takes some research. This is more difficult than finding a regular bra.



If you aren't used to wearing underwires, don't try to wear one while nursing. This will make you just more uncomfortable. I slept in my bra, it was just more comfortable to do that, and I can assure you that you won't want to wear an underwire bra while sleeping. But in defense of the underwire, it does give you more support. Buy one ONLY if you wear underwire pre-pregnacy. If you already have big breasts before pregnacy, then you may be used to wearing underwires, and getting a bra with on for a nursing bra may be fine with you.





Finding the right size is also going to be needed. After all your body has just been through a huge change. Sizes are going to change. You probaby won't be wearing the same size bra that you did pre-pregnacy. Your breasts may change sizes while nursing also, so getting an adjustable bra may benefit you also. They do make them and they are out there for you.



Finally they are making stylish bras for nursing. You can get several different types of nursing bras for each activity that you do with your new baby.



The main thing about nursing bra's is that it is comfortable, and that it is fitted correctly. They do have padded bras, and bras that will not allow stains to seep through.



Make sure that which ever type of bra you buy that you can adjust it with one hand. Since the baby will be in the other hand, you will want to be able to undo the bra to nurse.



Nursing the baby is one of the best ways to bond with the baby, and finding the right bra that you will be comfortable in is going to be the best investment that you can make to ensure your comforts for the next few months of nursing your baby, and adjusting to your newest family member.

Oh Baby the Baby Shower Invitations

The baby shower invitations should be mailed out about 3-4 weeks before the shower date. This gives the person enough time to find the perfect present for the baby.


You can purchase the Baby shower invitations at the card store or online. If you are creative you can make one on the computer. You can use Microsoft Publisher or Word to design one. Microsoft has templates online that you can customize for your own special baby shower. If you make them on the computer, also consider creating Thank You Cards for the baby shower at the same time to keep the theme the same. This was when the Parents-to-be send out the Thank You cards they are coordinated.

Inside the Invitations you can photocopy a picture of the sonogram if you have one, this is always a nice touch. If the Parents- to-be are registed at local stores, you can add that list in the invitation.

Some baby shower invitations also include to bring something special with the gift. Such as diapers, or a can of formula. I have seen baby shower invitations done like this. Personally I don't like this, but if you want to do it you can.

It just makes it easier for everyone. If you already know the sex of your baby this also makes gift giving to the expentant parents much easier. This way you are buying for a boy or a girl. Or twins!!

The baby shower used to be held for the mother only, but now many showers are being held for both parents. I personally like to have the baby shower held for both parents. This keeps the father from feeling left out.

There are many other cute themes that you can choose from, if its a girl that you are having you can decorate with the sugar and spice theme with lace, pink streamers. For a boy you could do the sports theme, decorated with the blue color theme.

Having the baby shower is a special day for the expentent parents, this is their day before the big event. They are anxiously awaiting the birth of their child, and probably have already started or have the nursery completed.

Most baby showers are held about 4-6 weeks prior to the birth, you can have more than one babyshower with different guests invited to each one.
